Mount Tabor Boot Camp is designed for people looking for an extra boost to their weekly fitness program, or the motivation to begin a new workout regimen.
- Class meets in Mount Tabor Park for 4 weeks, with 2 training options (click to register):
- Work with one of Portland’s most effective personal trainers. Though a group class, the small size makes it like having your own personal trainer.
- Program incorporates both cardio and strength training for full-body fitness.
- Only $45/month for once a week, or $80/month for twice a week. Perfect for those who need the accountability of a trainer but are on a budget.
